I came to him with a tough ask - I had a lower buying price but not a lot of time/energy to put into rehabbing a home. We searched and searched, and in the end Erik found me the perfect home. And he stays in touch to help with any things you may want to fix! He and his crew even helped me move into my home from my apartment.
