We are so grateful for Tom Gilliam at RE/MAX Classic in Farmington Hills! He made the process of selling our home smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Our home sold in less than a week, and Thomas was professional, attentive, responsive, and always available when we had questions. He truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled and that we felt supported throughout the entire process. Selling a home can be stressful, but Tom made us feel confident and well taken care of every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you, Tom, for all of your hard work and dedication! Mr and Mrs Jones

At a real hard time in our lives, you listed and sold our parents house in less than a week and closed in 3 weeks. Tom always takes calls, texts, and is very knowledgeable in real estate. His coworker John was very helpful too, he lived across the street from our house, and he helped with making the process smooth. If We need a realtor in the future we will be sure to call Tom again.

From day one, Tom Gilliam was quick to respond to every message, no matter the time or the day. I never felt left in the dark during any part of the process in selling my home. He was a consummate professional, always punctual, impeccably prepared, and completely focused on getting the best outcome for me. Tom’s knowledge of the local market was invaluable. He knew when to list, knew what price would attract offers, and he negotiated like a pro thanks to his vast set of skills. I sold at a good asking price, and I avoided unnecessary concessions. He celebrated wins with me, talk me through rough spots, and truly treated me like family. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Tom was on top of every inspection, document, and timeline. I felt very supported. He became a calming force, reminding me to stay hopeful when things felt uncertain. Tom was the best decision I made in the selling process. From the beginning, he was responsive, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my needs, to answer every question clearly, and to feel confident at each step. His marketing strategy brought in offers from around the country soon after listing, and his negotiation skills helped me walk away very pleased. What truly stood out was how much he cared. I never felt like just another client. He was patient, empathetic, and fully invested. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
