We have worked with Bahia to both buy and rent out our home. And in both cases as much as it had to do with her involvement in the transaction, we were very impressed. Bahia is our go-to real estate expert for the Detroit and surrounding areas whether for residential or investment purposes. Her extensive knowledge of the real estate sub-markets and genuine honesty will put you at ease that you are making the right decision. As much as we would like to keep her to ourselves, we would highly recommend her for any residential or investment needs!

Being from out of state Kestiny made sure everything I needed done was done and was available at all times for questions

Exceptional service, and knowledge. Cheryl was very pleasant to work with and went above and beyond to get the deal done. I will be calling her and bowers realty on my next home purchase/sell.
