She was reasonable and practical in her approach, and I was able to get the updates completed within a month. Prior to putting it on the market, Marina did a walk through and did an amazing job adding special touches for the photo shoot. The photos were amazing! The condo got a lot of views and scheduled walk-throughs. She kept me appraised along the way of status per potential buyer. She even took time out on a potentially high traffic holiday weekend to host an open house. The condo, with competing units on the market, sold more quickly than I anticipated. Marina made herself available at any time to talk through the process and answer questions along the way. I felt she had my best interests at heart. The closing was quick and smooth.
