As a first time homebuyer i had no experience with the real estate process. Mitch was very helpful in the process and took time to answer any and all questions. He was responsive and quick, all things that grand rapids market needs in a realtor. He suggested ways to make offers more competitive and ultimately was why we closed on our dream home. He even helped us out with pipe issues after the home was closed and bought. It has been an absolute great experience working with Mitch.

Steve was always very helpful and knowledgeable. He always took time to explain any questions I had as well as keeping me informed with anything that the new potential home buyers were asking for. I liked that he wasn’t a high pressure salesman! I would have requested a different realtor if he was. I don’t react well with any pressure! He always responded to my requests quickly too!
