Thanks to Jackie I have my dream home, she is dedicated, she does not mind seeing a house every day, she is a sincere person, funny, responsible and most importantly, she cares about her clients, she is not going to submit an offer on a house because she is in a hurry. Then, do everything that he recommends - even the things that make you nervous (like making an offer without a contingency on selling your current home and using his mortgage guy). He will not lead you astray. He'll provide you with a checklist for preparing your house for sale. Use it. And, do everything on it. Seem like he plans to list your house a little on the low side? Go with it - it'll work to your advantage. We ended up with 13 offers in 48 hours. From the day we hired Craig to the day we closed on both the sale of our home and the purchase of our forever home.... only 6 weeks! We could not have asked for a smoother process.
