Very polite and does her best to meet your expectations always in good spirt im very thankful for her services.

Working with Teodora Djourova was one of the best decisions we made during our home-buying journey. Finding the right home took us well over a year, and throughout that entire process, Teodora never once made us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. She understood that buying a home is one of the biggest investments of a lifetime, and she truly respected that we wanted to wait until we found the perfect one. What impressed me most was her incredible patience, positive energy, and genuine care for us as people, not just as clients. No matter how many homes we wanted to see, how many questions we had, or how many times our preferences changed, she always showed up with a smile and made us feel like we were her top priority. I never once felt that she was annoyed, frustrated, or trying to push us toward a sale. Instead, she listened, offered honest advice, and always had our best interests at heart. Teodora is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator. She was always quick to respond, explained every step of the process clearly, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel exciting and enjoyable. Her professionalism is matched by her kindness, compassion, and dedication. Thanks to her persistence and commitment, we finally found our dream home. Looking back, I can’t imagine going through this process with anyone else. If you’re looking for a realtor who truly cares, is endlessly patient, works tirelessly for her clients, and will never pressure you into making the wrong decision, I wholeheartedly recommend Teodora. She exceeded every expectation we had, and we will always be grateful for everything she did to help us find the perfect home.

Teodora was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her knowledge and many years of experience made the entire process seamless. She answered our texts/calls any day or time. As a first time home buyer, our budget was limited. Teodora understood this and helped us find the perfect first home, within our budget. With a tight budget, it was imperative our first home had all the major updates already done for us. Teodora found exactly that, a home with the roof, AC, furnace, and water heater all within 5 years old. I will be recommending Teodora to all our friends and family. She is warm, genuine, and truly cares for her clients. Teodora really feels like family and I look forward to working with her in the future. Teodora, thank you thank you thank you.
