Michele's knowledge of the market was outstanding. She was able to get me the best price due to that knowledge, her extensive research into that area of Asheville, and her incredible negotiation skills! I was amazed at how she communicated with me every day, to up date me on what was going on, or just to check on me during my packing and sadness in moving out of a place that had been in my family for 66 years! She was a true professional! Michele was also very caring and concerned for me and my wishes. So thankful for her guidance through the whole process! She is a remarkable agent!

Initially, I wanted to use Mrs. Kendra services to clean up my credit. As it stands, my credit was in great shape. Mrs. Pack went above and beyond as my agent. Mrs. Kendra made sure I got what I needed and what I could afford. I considered changing my purchase to help family and she reminded me why I selected my home . Mrs. Pack held my hand and encouraged me through the setbacks down to the closing date. Mrs. Pack was very hands on and instrumental with negotiating the bid on my home. I appreciate her loyalty, concern and just for treating like family. Mrs. Pack was a God sent and I could not have asked for a better agent. God Bless U Mrs. Pack!
