I had a short notice job transfer out of state and had to quickly make a decision on my home. Pat not only helped me list my condo but also provided insight on renting vs. selling and the pros and cons of both. I decided to sell and Pat immediately got to work within days having photos taken, home listed for sale, and the first open house and showings scheduled. My condo had 2 amazing offers after the first day and we were able to accept an offer and close within the window I needed to leave. I could not say enough good things about my experience with Pat. She went above and beyond and was readily available for any and all questions through the process. I absolutely would recommend her to anyone selling their home. I learned so much through the process as she did a great job explaining everything since I was a first time home buyer/seller. Also side not, she helped me obtain and offer I never imagined. I am so grateful!
