My experience with Mr. Fulks was exceptional he was very attentive to what I was looking for went above and beyond when I needed done being that I’m a out of state investor words can explain how helpful he was….. In the future if I do purchase more properties in Michigan I will definitely be using Shannon Fulks as my realtor…… If there’s anything more I can say about him is give that man a pay increase he deserves it………… 5 stars (my guy)

Andrew, was extremely knowledgeable of almost every issue that we encountered or would potentially encounter whether it was regarding mortgage, closing, Property taxes, costs of repair of certain parts of homes and etc. In sum, Andrew brought to our attention potential issues that we would have not otherwise been made aware of and if he didn’t have an answer he would get one. Andrew always made his himself available and created a way to align his availability with both me and my wife. Andrew had our true interest at heart and really cared about us getting in the best home and situation for US. Andrew was genuine, honest and professional. I would recommend Andrew to anyone looking to purchase a home.
