She was very patient with me and explained every step that had to happen to get the deal done. She was my hero when negotiating with a difficult seller and sellers agent, she advocated for me to ensure I did not get the raw end of the deal. She utilized her vast knowledge when formulating offers to give the best odds. She also consistently kept in mind what was within my means and that meant the world to me, she made me feel that she was looking out for my best interest which was vital to me since I am a single mother, she made sure that I could afford and maintain my home and still provide for myself and my child and I will be forever grateful for that.
