Working with Renee Apkarian from National Realty Centers was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. As a first-time homebuyer, I had many questions and uncertainties, but Renee guided me through the entire process with professionalism and patience. By doing this she created a very smooth and stress-free first-time homebuyer experience! From the first time we met, Renee took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences of what I wanted in a home. She made sure that every listing she found and that we visited was a potential match. Renee’s knowledge of the local markets was outstanding! She also provided valuable insights throughout this process, which in the long run helped me make informed decisions making this a smooth process. Throughout this entire process Renee was very proactive and responsive. If you had any questions or uncertainties, you could always rely on her answering your calls or text messages, and you would always leave the conversation more confident and knowledgeable of this whole process. Everything from scheduled viewings, information on properties, putting an offer on a home, negotiations, closing, Renee made sure you were well informed, and she made sure you would get the best possible deal! A few things that impressed me the most throughout this process was Renee’s dedication, commitment, and patience throughout this whole process.
