She made the entire process Stress-Free with her extensive real estate knowledge and her quick responses to questions or concerns that I had. Once I signed her on she took control of handling everything from there on out. It was a breathe of fresh air to be able to focus on my family and work and not have to get tied up in handling the paperwork, pictures, open house, showings, title company, and everything in between. She listened to what we were looking for in a house and explained the current market well. She was very patient with us as we changed our parameters during the search. Even when things were not looking optimistic, Caitlin was always positive and reassuring. We knew we had made a competitive offer that fit what we were comfortable with thanks to her. When we finally had an offer accepted it was thanks to her hard work and dedication. Caitlin always ensured our offers were received and made sure they were competitive not just dollar wise but all the little things to help push the offer over the top. Whether it was via email, text or phone, Caitlin was very communicative and supporting. No matter how dumb our questions were she never made me feel that way and was always willing to help me out.
