This was our second time working with Cindy, and both times she has been an absolute joy to work with. A few years ago she helped us find our first starter home, and now she has helped us sell that home and find what may be our forever home. Both times she has shown incredible range to understand our unique needs and what we are looking for in our home - she has an ability to pinpoint the root of what we're looking for and find houses that match that quickly. For selling our home, Cindy was able to adeptly navigate a nebulous transitioning market and find the right price to motivate buyers and keep our move going smoothly. She was a huge help with finding the right staging for our home, and provided professional pictures as well, that made our house look great and will be a treasure for us to remember our previous house for years to come. On both sides of the housing transaction, Cindy is a super-communicator, always available to answer our questions and hunt down others who can, and proactively making sure that everything is staying on track. Though we hope our new house is our forever home, if ever need to move again, we will be asking Cindy to be our realtor again, and she is our first recommendation for anyone we know house shopping in our area!

Not only was he aware of the market availability, he knew what the prices were, should be, and what would be best for my circumstances. He does not waste your time with properties he knows won't fit your needs or budget. He negotiated the best price for me, and did better than I thought possible! VERY professional, and caring. Always available to take my calls or to call me when he found something he knew I would be interested in. Truly went above and beyond making him the only realtor I would choose to do business with. Cannot recommend him enough, and have passed his information to everyone I know.
