I have been working with Lauren Kartje since late June and just closed on my third purchase since then – two purchases were investments, and the other purchase is a new primary residence. Lauren knows the local markets well and provided detailed data-driven analyses for the potential investment properties we looked at. She is professional, very responsive, and a pleasure to work with – she always takes the time to advise us and show us homes (sometimes for hours on end). In addition to the automatic MLS searches that Lauren set up for us, she would regularly curate detailed lists of properties for us (multiple times a week) – that personal touch was just what we needed and helped us focus our search and find great properties in a very short amount of time. She makes you feel like you are her only client when I know she is very, very busy! Lauren’s larger team is wonderful as well – Kathy was available with advice when we needed it and Cindy coordinated three relatively easy closings. Ms. Ruby helped me in ways that I cannot describe. 1st and foremost she was very respectful and kind towards my family during this time.
