Jill was extremely personable and made me feel comfortable right away! She is extremely knowledgeable as she helped me sell a home and purchase one, too! She knew the market, what to look for and answered all of my questions along the way. She was also patient as we visited many houses that were not up to my husband’s standards. The home we ended up purchasing had multiple offers but Jill knew exactly how to word our bid to ensure we got it! My experience with my mortgage company was awful but having Jill to rely on softened the blow and I’m sure without her I would have went insane! She even came to visit me at the hospital when I delivered my baby girl to make sure we settled in nicely!

Buying a house is one of those things that I thought was going to be really hard and terrifying, but it wasn't. Both David and his agency were professional and wonderful. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and focused. Very easy to get along with and trust. If he says he's going to do something, he does it, and he even works to make sure everyone else int the process has what they need so hang-ups and holds were at a minimum. Not an easy feat! He's got momentum, but not in an intimidating or rushed way and you're always kept informed. He even make a sacrifice to make sure we got the deal we wanted. Truly felt like an ally. This is the kind of person you want on your side by this. His positivity and energy is just what was needed.
