When Jamie met me, I was overwhelmed with the prospect of fixing up and selling my home. Jamie was able to help me focus on exactly what had to be done to sell my home and gave me contact information for people that could provide reliable assistance. I followed her advice on what would make the house attractive to a buyer and also make it through an inspection. We went through the house together and made a simple checklist. She made sure I did not feel overloaded with tasks and stayed positive about getting the house on the market. As I began to see how well things were working out my trust grew. I followed all of her advice and when my house went up for sale, it was only on the market four days. She helped me get my house into shape and look the best it possibly could, and when it went up for sale, the house was ready and so was I. It is a difficult experience to sell a house that you have lived in over 20 years, but her advice was solid and her attitude kept me positive and it was a great experience.
