When I decided to sell my home I had an overwhelming feeling of anxiety as I have not been in the market by any means for 30+ years and after being put into contact with Ryan I felt that he was meant to by my agent and I am very thankful for his assistance. He was able to take notes, keep a cool and calm mind with me during the chaotic time in addition he would take his time to explain every aspect I did not understand. From the very start of the process I felt at ease with him introducing our marketing strategy, including his opinion on listing and backing up his suggestions with market based analysis that was in hand and very easy to understand. During the process I would have my doubts or worries however each time I would reach out to Ryan he would reassure me of anything I did not understand including driving out to explain items in person. I felt bad when I would text him on his days off but his commitment to my home sale and ensuring that I was comfortable throughout the process was Ryan’s number 1 priority and it showed.
