Molly was diligent from day 1 in showing us awesome opportunities within our price range. On our way to a viewing, she mentioned she had tacked on one more viewing that she wasn’t totally sure if we would like but thought it was worth our time to see. Boy am I glad she did because it was the one! As soon as our offer was accepted, we were able to get through inspections in a timely manner and Molly worked with the sellers agent to get us a good deal for the work that needed to be done.
