Jason is proactive, wise, exacting, a great and consistent communicator, he's knowledgeable of the market and lenders, and was even able to provide building subcontractors to quickly get the house in optimum shape for showing. He has absolutely exceptional client relations skills, turning what seemed a daunting process into one that moved along quickly, easily, with no drama, to an outcome better than we anticipated. From start to finish, Jason was wonderful and everything our family could have hoped for to help us navigate the very successful sale of our beloved family home.

Leslie helped us from the beginning, coming up with the right strategy to sell our home and looking for the perfect home for us, even ones that were not on the market! She has been in the industry for so long that mortgage brokers and other agents know her and she works well with everybody, which gave us an edge. She was able to connect us with the right home inspectors, designers to stage our home, etc. and she helped coordinate the whole process from beginning to end so we were always in control and aware of next steps. In the end, we sold our home for more than we thought possible, and bought a perfect home for us that checked all of our boxes for a price well within our budget.
