Ms. Patel was courteous and responsive to our questions and concerns. Unfortunately, there seemed to have been some untruths coming from the buyers and their agent which we believe made the transaction awkward and stressful. After signing documents on the contingency of the buyers selling their other properties, and then in the eleventh hour demanding and wanting to re-negotiate pricing after the fact. We were told the buyers needed the home available by a certain date and then they failed to sign-off by that date. Mind you, we had already made arrangements for our elderly brother to move and get sign-up to receive his dialysis treatments in another city. At the end of the sale, our family became almost unwilling to complete the deal and forget the sale due to the last-minute demands from the buyer. I personally thank Ms. Patel for her service and time, but please share something with all your colleagues and agents in the company: integrity, truthfulness and respect go along ways, especially when it comes to referrals.
