Bill Frassineti is exceptional in his endeavors when helping you purchase your home in addition to being very thorough and informative during the whole process. Since I worked out of town three to four days a week Bill became very familiar with the needs of our family in what we wanted in the purchase of our new home. He became more of family member versus a realtor making himself available seven days a week. Ensuring we were protected in every aspect during our purchasing process. He kept me informed and truly went above and beyond not only with the purchase of our forever home but the sales transaction of our previous home. His business ethic is above reproach. Truly a unique individual in the business world, and a breath of fresh air in that he provides attention to detail to his clients. I would highly recommend him to "ALL" of family and friends without reservation. Especially to my fellow Marines and sister service members.

My wife and I have used Randy for 4 transactions (on both the buy and sell side) and continue to be amazed by her knowledge, efficiency, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond while keeping our best interests first! We have and continue to highly recommend Randy!

Charlie went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my house was rented as well as keeping the tenants satisfied. I would recommend Charlie to anyone looking for an honest and hardworking agent who isn't afraid to help with whatever comes along.

Harrison found us the perfect home! He had a complete understanding of every neighborhood that we considered. Everyday Harrison would send us new listings that matched our criteria. Harrison and the staff at HL real estate were always professional and prepared. I highly recommend their services.
