Rikki was very helpful and did above what would be expected for selling the estate house/property. Not only that, Rikki was experiencing a very, very difficult circumstance in her life at the time. There is no doubt should I ever need to buy a house in NC or SC that Rikki would be my choice to be my realtor.

She was awesome, knowledgeable and willing to help passionate about her work.

We asked Rikki to help us both locate a new home and to sell the one we were currently in. She worked very hard for us, and negotiated both great buying and selling prices. We showed our home 13 times in 2 days and sold over asking in that time. We had our eye on another property in the neighborhood to purchase and she negotiated a great price for that property, as well. We are greatly appreciative of all her hard work to make both transactions as simple and easy as possible. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great agent that is dedicated to delivering satisfaction in either buying or selling their home.
