Michael was a super great agent! He showed us many many houses for quite a long time! He would meet us at times that were convenient for us and in many types of weather. Snow included! He was very patient, and extremely knowledgeable! He gave his opinions about certain homes, since he knew what we were looking for. We FINALLY found our dream home, and he did an excellent job of negotiating the deal. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new forever home!

Michael helped my fiancé and I buy our first home. He was knowledgeable, professional and extremely responsive which are all great qualities you want in a realtor. As first time home buyers we had many questions and Michael was there to answer them all. The current housing market was not an easy one to navigate, as a buyer, but Mike was patient and persistent with helping find a home for us that we are truly happy with. On top of all the knowledge and professionalism Mike was pleasant and fun to work with. He always showed up on time and with a good attitude. He completed our experience by bringing a thoughtful gift to our closing that we truly appreciated.

We reached out to Michael after finding him via Zillow and admittedly were a little skeptical. After the first exchange, every hesitation went away. I'm not even sure I can list all the reasons he and his team are amazing. He made the entire process of listing and selling our home so smooth. He provided excellent guidance to help prepare for pictures and showing our home. He demystified the entire process and made sure we understood what was next, how long things could take, and what to expect. Michael and his team paid attention to details and put out quality materials from the listing and 360 video to the binder with info sheets doing the open house. He was also great at keeping our realtor on the buying side of our parralel process in the loop. This is my first experience selling a home, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but he and his team surpassed our expectations in every way. We'd work with him again in a heartbeat. Michael also recommended folks for other services we needed thru the selling and moving process (dumpster, cleaning, etc) that were also excellent. Not having to look for all of those took off a lot of stress. He was available to help us reach out to a vendor even after our house was sold. TL;DR: he's amazing. Hire him. Listen to his advice. You won't be sorry.
