Lisa is a great lady and a pleasure to work with. She responded quickly to emails and phone calls, and was a quick study in figuring out exactly what it was we were looking for (even as that evolved somewhat over time). She clearly let us know what we needed to be doing at every stage of the process. At one point during our search we had some personal issues at home to deal with that took our attention away from real estate and Lisa respectfully backed off until we were ready to resume, which we greatly appreciated.
