My experience with Eric Sugrue was very very satisfying to say the least. He was there every step of the way and then some as we were selling our house. Time was of the essence in our situation. We were closing on our house, and Eric helped us perform some research on locating a townhouse for my brother so that he could move into it the same day of the closing. Eric was able to do so. It was unbelievable. Eric is a gentleman, highly professional, very personable, extremely well knowledged, and he works extremely hard. I have friends and neighbors who are selling their houses.
