I am writing this review today as a proud homeowner! We began working with Xavier in the spring of 2022. Yes, you read that correct, almost two years ago! When we first met with Xavier, he prioritized learning about our housing goals and wants, but he also prioritized learning about us as people. He wanted to learn what was important to us, what we valued, and how we felt we could best be supported in our homebuying process. In my past home-buying experiences, I've worked with realtors who are consistently communicative in a way that I felt pressured to make a purchase before I was ready. Xavier was the opposite of this. He would check in regularly with us, not from a place of "Are you ready to buy yet?", but from a place of "Is there anything I can do to support you?" Not once did I feel pressured to put in an offer at a property I did not absolutely love, and not once did I look at a message from him and say "Can he just give us some space?" Xavier's patience, professionalism, and attention to detail were prevalent in everything he's done while working with us. It didn't matter if we were two months in or eighteen months in, his prioritization of support over pressure never changed. When Xavier found a property he thought we'd love, he sent me a message saying "I think this may be the one for you guys." And, let me tell you, he was RIGHT! The property was everything my family and I could hope for. Xavier's guiding hand through the offer and closing process kept my head above water, and his market knowledge came into play heavily. Not only was he able to form an arrangement that was favorable to us as buyers, but he also -nailed- his unofficial appraisal estimate to the dollar. Without his thorough knowledge, we would have offered much higher than we needed to. His honesty, integrity, and people skills were unmatched throughout our time together. For this reason, and many more, Xavier's services are worth any type of investment we as buyers could have provided.
