He was responsive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about real estate and the area. Because he had so much knowledge of building and Metrowest homes, he was able to answer all of my questions - or find solutions to any of my concerns about repairs, readying the house for sale, or local codes and laws. He recommended top tradespeople to do prep work on the house at great prices, and helped me with the vetting process. He even got out his tools and helped me with a few repairs! I have been thoroughly impressed with Paul's skills as a realtor and can't recommend him highly enough. This is the guy you want!
