Morgan has been an exceptional broker that has helped us sell our very unique property on a steep hill. It's 1.3 acres, the driveway can be scary, it's more than 2800 ft and although it has many updates like a new kitchen and new appliances, bathrooms have also been updated, new carpets, new hardwood floors, 60% of the windows still need to be replaced and our house does not have central air conditioning.
