I stumbled upon Roei randomly while scrolling through potential properties on Zillow, and boy am I glad I did. Roei is the definition of a true professional that can effortlessly fulfill the needs of any home-buyer, especially a first-time home-buyer. Roei took the time to get to know me and what I was specifically looking for in a property, and worked for months with me to find exactly that. Roei was not pushy or persuasive, but helpful and informative as a true wealth of knowledge in his field. He was reachable at all hours of the day or night and always willing to help (or talk me off a ledge!). My home-buying process took several months, and there was a block of time that I wanted to stop looking - and Roei was respectful of that and patient with me. If you’re new to purchasing property and want someone who will genuinely have your best interest at heart, and be honest about everything from not thinking a property suits your needs, or letting you know you need to be a bit more realistic about your expectations while offering guidance on how to make things work for you, Roei is your guy. Additionally, Roei has an extensive network of extremely reputable connections ranging from mortgage brokers to flooring companies; he is the total package. Truly, Roei is an expert, a professional, and a friend. He helped me find my first home - which is perfect for me and exactly what I wanted - and I will forever be grateful for his dedication to and expertise in his craft.

Kiernan could not have been more wonderful! She was thorough and competent from our first meeting to our closing. She negotiated a great price, and held my hand through a terrible experience with a terrible lender. Kiernan is knowledgable about the mortgage process and was able to point out unprofessionalism when I was too naive to see it. I would recommend Kiernan to every first time home buyer out there!
