Lastly, from being his customer I have found that Corey further adds value because he himself is also a real estate investor, which means he is constantly doing his homework. Every investor MUST be extra aware of what is happening/changing in their market, or else they could be facing some serious losses. Souzan went the extra mile for us. After helping us locate an investment property that fit our needs and budget, she helped us locate a lender when our planned options failed.
