I was a first time home buyer in a pretty difficult market. The competition was very tough with lots of bids going well over asking, cash offers, it was just difficult for me to compete. Working with Evelyn just made it that much easier and less stressful. In the beginning I literally knew nothing, Evelyn gave me updates on the market, gave me her advice and always said “do what feels right for you”. This was huge for me since I would feel guilty calling and putting bids in but not getting them. She assured me to please keep calling her, she wanted to see the houses with me and I felt zero pressure. Not only is Evelyn very experienced and knowledgeable but she is kind , patient and always did what was best for me. If I ever need to buy/ sell a house in the future I already know who I’m using!
