Dee was a consummate professional in handling the sale of a six acre parcel of undeveloped land. Dee knew the market exceptionally well and set the offer price at precisely the correct dollar figure - ultimately allowing for the negotiated selling price to occur at an appropriate percentage above list price. Dee was a tremendous help in sorting through the various bids, along with their respective contingencies, that came forward and played a key role in the negotiation of the final selling price. The property sale was an estate sale and I worked with Dee over the phone from out of state as the executor, not having had the pleasure of meeting with Dee prior to the transaction. Dee was always available and responsive to any inquiries that came up over the course of the transaction. In summary, Dee was incredibly knowledgeable and well-attuned to her 'market' and a genuine pleasure to work with. I would recommend her unreservedly to anyone in need of an exceptional real estate agent!
