Craig worked very effectively with the seller agent, the loan officer and the attorney, and his prompt response/communication and attention to details were instrumental for closing on time (<20 days from P&S, during the holiday season, no less). Even after closing, Craig continued to help us with the painting of the common area, which brought out the best of the apartment.
