Words cannot express how Janey helped us. Every single aspect of buying our home in New Bedford, and even selling our home in North Carolina. Our agent in NC wasn’t very helpful and didn’t have our best interests at heart. So Janey took the reins and made sure that we were protected, and that we could close on our old home without any issues! Janey was there for us step by step by step. She showed us at least 12 properties prior to us choosing the right place for us! Janey’s communication was second to none and made us feel calm and comfortable. Janey works with Jack Conway Realty out of Mattapoisett, MA. Please give Janey a call and she will put you into a place that is right for you!

I cannot adequately put into words how much I have appreciated and valued working with Karyn. Karyn stepped in to assist in the sale of a property under very challenging circumstances. Because I was remote, and not based in RI, Karyn really operated as my boots on the ground related to all aspects of this sale. She assisted in preparing the home for sale, navigated multiple unforeseen challenges, coordinated solutions, and even put in her own sweat equity to ensure the sale stayed on take and on time. She routinely kept me apprised of every step of the prep and sale process and made sure every single "i" was dotted and "t" was crossed throughout the closing process. I know for certain that I would not have been able to accomplish all that was accomplished without Karyn's skill, expertise, drive, hustle and compassion. She is fair, direct, connected, professional and a true partner.

Becky really knows the Cape market and was always so quick to respond. She genuinely cared about helping us find the right home and made a point to call out the things you don’t always want to notice when you’re looking at houses, but really need to consider beyond just the positives. She took the time to answer all of our questions, walked us through each step, and made sure we always felt confident and comfortable in the process. Thanks to Becky, we found a home our family will enjoy for years to come, along with a great investment opportunity. If you’re looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, hardworking, trustworthy, and truly understands the Cape market, I can’t recommend Becky enough.
