I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Christina Almeida. She helped my husband and I sell his family home. She made sure that we got the best deal possible and found the perfect family to buy it. She was always available to answer questions and be at the house when someone wanted to look at it. She kept us informed about all the feedback that we were getting and went above and beyond to help us fix things. Eventhough it was taking a little while to sell, Christina always made us feel calm and confident that it would sell soon. She would say, It just needed the right person to see the potential it possessed. She was right! We ended up selling it to a wonderful young family that saw the potential it had and will hopefully be there for years to come raising their family like we did ours.
