Fantastic Easy Experience

Marlene helped sell my moms house in 2022. It was a difficult sale with lots of involved parties. I had been hearing and seeing wonderful reviews about her on Facebook. She was very easy to deal with, knowledgeable, took care of making sure all the i's were dotted and t's crossed. She held our hand through it all and was completely honest about everything. She went well above what I would have expected from a realtor. My family and I would certainly recommend Marlene and use her in the future. Marlene has become a lifelong friend to the Cohen Family.

Larry was incredibly friendly and responsive. I could call or text him at any reasonable time, and he would get back to me immediately. Either with an answer or a quick turn around time to chat.
