Words cannot express how Janey helped us. Every single aspect of buying our home in New Bedford, and even selling our home in North Carolina. Our agent in NC wasn’t very helpful and didn’t have our best interests at heart. So Janey took the reins and made sure that we were protected, and that we could close on our old home without any issues! Janey was there for us step by step by step. She showed us at least 12 properties prior to us choosing the right place for us! Janey’s communication was second to none and made us feel calm and comfortable. Janey works with Jack Conway Realty out of Mattapoisett, MA. Please give Janey a call and she will put you into a place that is right for you!

MariRose is a realtor with soul! We all know that the real estate business is all about money. But it doesn’t actually feel this way if MariRose is your realtor, she is so professional but makes you feel like you are family at the same time. She will bring every resource available to her, explain everything over and over if needed, put an extra time for her clients, always answers every question and all that in the friendly manner. As she said herself after the closing, she’s a realtor for life! And even now, months after closing, she’s always there for us, answering our questions and helping with whatever we need to set up our new home. You can have dozens of realtors at your service at any point, but you won’t be able to find another MariRose. If ever we decide to buy another property on the Cape, without even second thought, MariRose would be the first we contact.

Terri did an amazing job helping us with our first home purchase! She stayed in constant communication with us and kept us updated on every step of the home buying process. She eased all of our concerns as first time homebuyers.
