Ms. Julie Cremin helped me to sell a condo and purchased a few houses while I was not around the areas. She treated buying and selling my houses as if they were hers. I completely trusted her. When selling my condo, she spent a lot of time staging and preparing to make the condo looked the best. Because I had tenants in the house, it didn’t look good before she did staging and preparation for me without any charge. She also took great pictures and wrote excellent description. She was able to sell the condo within a few days with a price higher than asking. She purchased three houses for me. She didn’t mind to spend time to see many houses before recommending the right ones for me. Once she saw a good candidate, she shot videos and sent them to me. She never pushed me into giving an offer or biding too much on a property. She is great at negotiation - saving money for me strategically. She was able to buy a couple of investment properties in multiple offers situations with the lowest prices that I could get. She is very patient and kind. She was always be able to calm me down when I was emotional for the transactions. She is very easy to communicate and quick for response. I highly recommend her for selling or buying houses.
