As me, a first-time home buyer and us as newlyweds, we were out of our league in this crazy housing market. Now I know not everyone is as lucky to get the first home the put an offer in on, but with Katherine we were able to put in an exceptionally strong offer with all our asks, making us comfortable in such an uneasy market.
