Due to his expertise, in pricing and timing, he sold it in one day, and for an amount that exceeded the asking price. He helped with all of the arrangements in both that sale and then the purchase of my new home while I was in the hospital! This involved him traveling to me for signatures, his making phone calls to others involved on my behalf, driving me to the bank (with my wheelchair in the back of his car) for document notarization. His level of dedication and commitment made my dream a reality. I am forever grateful to have worked with someone with his level of professionalism and compassion. Working with Ashley was hands down the best real estate experience I’ve ever had. I’ve worked with other agents in the past, but she is on a completely different level. James is an incredible agent. He is very insightful, patient (especially for first time homebuyers like myself), and punctual. He spent many weekends helping us find our first home and as the only agent in the whole process (seller didn’t get their agent), he managed the deal really well. He had great recommendations and insights every step of the way and was diligent and patient with all our questions, not to mention navigating an unprecedented selling landscape during Covid. Carl helped us get an awesome home in the midst of COVID! Carl helped my husband and I put it an offer in on the same day that we let him know we wanted to. We got the offer accepted the next day! Carl facilitated picking up documents and checks and worked with the sellers realtor behind the scenes to work everything out smoothly. We closed on time with Carl present and the whole process was painless. Carl was communicative and honest, and we genuinely thank him.
