Russell knows the ins and outs and will show you what to look for and what might be a red flag. He listens to your ideas of a dream home and will do his due diligence to get you that home. Russell made the paperwork and communication between both parties flawless. He explained everything in detail and broke it down in terms that are easy to understand. After buying my first duplex with him, he proceeded to help me get a great tenant for the first unit at no additional cost.
