Her recommendations about home improvements, contractors, staging, and pricing led to the successful sale of our home the first day we put it on the market. (We were especially thrilled because we listed our home in the midst of the pandemic, not the easiest time to sell a house.) Pam went above and beyond the services we expected her to provide, and was always available when we needed help with things like letting contractors into the house.
