I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I searching for a home. The process was so overwhelming. Alex took so much of the pressure off of me by assuring he was going to get me to where I needed to be, slowly but surely I was able to purchase my very first property and I have him to thank! Mia is perfect, she helped me and my family bought our first house and all settled in less than a month, she's willing to answer all type of questions and she's an expert on every single on of them.

Yu is a fantastic agent! She is not a "passive" agent who helps you to schedule an appointment or show you around. She tries to understand what a customer wants and needs (there may be gaps between them!), and uses her experience and expertise to make a suggestion. At first, I didn't listen but the truth taught me. Every time she said, "This is not your house", but I went ahead to look at it, I couldn't agree with her more! The more I listened to her, the more I admired her kindness and professionalism. Another special about Yu is that she is good at "after-sale" services. I bought a house we like, then there are some, like who I should look for a carpenter, a contractor, a roofer...whenever I asked her, she responded to me with great information! It is not like, "ok, you got your house, and leave me alone!" Two thumbs up!

Jessica knows the area well and helped me negotiate a good deal for my condo because of her knowledge of the market. She is friendly and responsive, making her great to work with. I would work with her again and recommend her to others.
