Extremely nice and very knowledgeable about houses. She knew exactly what to look for in every house we looked at. If it were not for her I probably would of ended up in a house with a ton of problems.

If you're a buyer, he will make sure you know exactly what the house you're looking at is worth before you pull your checkbook out. Lastly, from being his customer I have found that Corey further adds value because he himself is also a real estate investor, which means he is constantly doing his homework. Every investor MUST be extra aware of what is happening/changing in their market, or else they could be facing some serious losses. As his customer, you will get to be the recipient of this highly valuable information. GOOD agents are everywhere...but EXCELLENT agents are few and far between.
