I have known Jess Tomlinson since 2007. What I can say with 100% confidence in those 14 years is when it comes to Jess, she is extraordinarily thorough, self-driven, and loyal. When my husband and I were ready to purchase a home, there was no one else I could fathom guiding us through this process other than Jess. The real estate market is overwhelming to say the least, and I thought this way before I dipped my toes into the process. Once we dived in, I immediately wanted to jump out of the water and resign to renting forever. Jess is not afraid. She is an effective communicator and was always available the same day I had questions or concerns. My experience with Annie was everything I could have wanted in a Real Estate Agent. Professional, honest, so very personable, and above all else, loyal and trustworthy. It is almost impossible these days to expect "super-service" from most professionals. Annie was and is the exception.
