I have known Jess Tomlinson since 2007. What I can say with 100% confidence in those 14 years is when it comes to Jess, she is extraordinarily thorough, self-driven, and loyal. She is an effective communicator and was always available the same day I had questions or concerns. I understand now how politics can factor into such an aggressive “seller’s market,” but with Jess what you see is what you get. She made sure we felt comfortable and empowered moving forward with each step of the process. She takes pride in teaching others, especially for new homeowners like us. Touring homes was a crash course in responsible homeownership, which I found to be quite fun and exciting! 10/10 I would recommend working with Jess Tomlinson. She knows what she is talking about, and she genuinely cares about your investment being right for you.

Adam called me after he noticed my listing expired on a house I was trying to sell. I met with him and he told me I was his first client. I was hesitant to hire him as I wanted someone with experience. My previous agent didn't do a very good job and I was positive I wanted a realtor with more experience. I didn't need to call him for any updates as he always called me with any information I needed to know. I am giving Adam a commercial building that I have to sell next month. I asked if he thought he could sell it and he replied that they have a commercial dept. at his office and they will be right there to help us if we need them.
