I have known Jess Tomlinson since 2007. What I can say with 100% confidence in those 14 years is when it comes to Jess, she is extraordinarily thorough, self-driven, and loyal. She is an effective communicator and was always available the same day I had questions or concerns. I understand now how politics can factor into such an aggressive “seller’s market,” but with Jess what you see is what you get. She made sure we felt comfortable and empowered moving forward with each step of the process. She takes pride in teaching others, especially for new homeowners like us. Touring homes was a crash course in responsible homeownership, which I found to be quite fun and exciting! 10/10 I would recommend working with Jess Tomlinson.
