Katie is everything we were looking for in a real estate agent - knowledgeable, responsible, friendly, and extremely good at communications. I like how quickly she responds to my texts and emails, and we moved pretty fast on our home viewings/offers, as one had to do in a competitive market. Katie was a great help in that respect, she made sure we had everything together and she always made time for us. In the past we have had an experience with a realtor that was no where near as attentive as Katie, so we now know what working with a really good one is like. I also appreciated that she was never pushy, and she guided us only in the way that we wanted or asked for. She was very kind and tactful when offering advice, and I personally found her advice incredibly helpful. Her input and strategy were critical in getting the sellers to accept our offer on a beautiful house. Now everything is worked out and we are extremely happy living in basically our dream home. I feel lucky that I was able to work with Katie. Simply put, Emma is amazing. By far the best real estate agent my husband and I have ever worked with. My husband and I are both busy Boston physicians juggling the chaos of 3 little kids. Emma worked tirelessly (days, nights, evenings) to help us find our dream home on a tight schedule. Adam called me after he noticed my listing expired on a house I was trying to sell. I met with him and he told me I was his first client. I was hesitant to hire him as I wanted someone with experience. My previous agent didn't do a very good job and I was positive I wanted a realtor with more experience. Adam came to the house prepared and I figured I'd give him a shot. He did an open house the first weekend and it was a success. We sold the house very quickly. Adam followed through on everything. I didn't need to call him for any updates as he always called me with any information I needed to know. I am giving Adam a commercial building that I have to sell next month. I asked if he thought he could sell it and he replied that they have a commercial dept. at his office and they will be right there to help us if we need them. I will recommend Adam to anyone I know weather they are buying or selling.
