John Maxfield has worked with me on a variety of residential real estate matters, has always been great to work with, and on this basis is my go-to realtor. On the most recent deal, a complicated, drawn out short sale purchase of my current beloved home from a bank that was strongly inclined toward foreclosing on the former owner, his effort, effectiveness and willingness to pull out all stops to successfully get me my home on extremely favorable terms was truly extraordinary. The deal was complicated by my reliance on aging relatives for a gift, proper documentation of which was delayed. Combined with my brutal international travel schedule, the result was missing two key deadlines. While everyone else involved including myself thought the deal was dead in the water on both occasions, John's deep knowledge of the process, resourcefulness, communications skills, networking and dogged determination allowed us to prevail. Based on this and my earlier experiences working with John I would highly recommend using him for any need across the gamut of residential real estate transaction, whether you be buyer, seller, landlord or renter. And to reiterate, his perseverance and success at landing us our current home at a fantastic price and against all odds has had a hugely beneficial impact on our lives and stands out singularly as the most valuable professional service of any type that I have ever received.

Jennifer was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and devoted a tremendous amount of time and effort to selling our home. Her expertise, thoughtful advice, and attention to detail made everything much easier and gave us confidence at every step. She was always available when we had questions and consistently went above and beyond for us. She is truly the best listing agent I have ever worked with, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.
