She successfully negotiated our house $30,000 less then asking price in an aggressive sellers market (most other homes were going way above asking). Emma was truly one of the greatest parts of this stressful experience and we feel honored to have worked with her.

James is an incredible agent. He is very insightful, patient (especially for first time homebuyers like myself), and punctual.
